Mr. Cordell Hough-Dean of Student Leadership

Cordell Hough serves as Dean of Student Leadership at Saluda Trail Middle School, bringing over 20 years of experience in education. 

He oversees discipline programs that build students' social and interpersonal skills while promoting a positive school climate for both learners and staff. 

He is a former college athlete, high school coach, athletic director, and PE/health educator that draws on his diverse background to connect with students/staff and lead with a discipline and empathy. 

He holds a BS from Winthrop University, a M.Ed degree in curriculum and instruction from Chadron State University, and an Education Administration License from UNC Charlotte.
